Taste of Autumn at Eagle restaurant

On the 16th of November, our head chef Jelle Osinga and his team will prepare a beautiful four course dinner at Eagle Restaurant using the tastiest wild game.

Menu:

Rabbit | cauliflower | beurre noisette | onion | mustard

Loin of- and stewed moose | mushrooms | sauerkraut | apple | Brussels sprouts

The price is €45, or €65 with matching wines.
